Purchasing / Placing Orders
Shopping with us is straightforward. Browse our selections, click “ADD TO CART,” and fill in your shipping details at checkout. Submit your order and receive a confirmation email once processed. To save on shipping costs, pick up your order at our shop: Proscenium Podium 301, Sakura Tower, Proscenium at Rockwell, Makati City. Alternatively, send your orders (style, color, size) via our Online Inquiry Form.
Mode of Payment
BANK DEPOSITS/ TRANSFERS
Once you complete the checkout process, we will send our bank account information via email. To verify your payment, kindly provide a photo of your deposit slip or a screenshot of your online transfer, including your order details, to campbigfalcon@gmail.com. Please note that international buyers are not eligible for this payment method.
PAYPAL
PayPal payments are accepted from all buyers; however, an additional 3.7% fee will be automatically charged when you select the PayPal option.
Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within five (5) working days only after full payment has been confirmed. For Pre-Order (PO) purchases, items will ship as soon as they are available. Orders that remain unpaid after seven (7) days will be canceled.
